The Story

Amongst all the stress planning my own wedding; I took on the role of creating all of the stationary designs. This included invitations, signs, stamps, tags and table markers.

In life whether it is a client or your own soon to be wife, there will always be a difference in opinion. Developing a design that would incline my wife to go with a clean and simple design did not go as planned.

She wanted it to be ornate and…I changed the design daily. The process to finding a design we both were pleased with was not easy; but ended up exactly as we wanted.

I wanted our monogram to pay homage to where I proposed. We love to visit the city and spend as much time as we can there. In 2017 I proposed to her on the Highline because I thought it would best represent our relationship and a new chapter in our lives as well as our love for nature and the city.
